Another October Blog Event-Boobie Bake-off
O.k...I am sure someone, somewhere is doing this..but I couldn't find one. So...
My first ever baking challenge for a very good cause!
Rules:
Snag this graphic and post it to your blog with your intent to take part in this challenge.
Sometime between October 1 and October 31 post a recipe and picture, linking back to this post, of your recipe. Email me with the link.
Recipe must be pink. You can use any ingredients you like but it must ultimately be ....pink.
I will post the roundup here and on Baking Delights on Novemeber 2.
Since this is a challenge, readers will have the opportunity to vote for their favorite recipe....and...
this is cool.....

The cost to vote is $1 in paypal to me ( I have a button in my side bar). Put the name of the blog in the description and the money will be donated to Breast Cancer research in the name of the winning blogger.
And the winning blogger will get a really cool side bar graphic.
Does it get cooler than that?

By the way...adding this...If you don't have a food blog enter anyway! I mean, who cares? Use your myspace blog or your gardening blog or your my life is insane blog.or even your homeschool blog...or create a new blog...this is a really good cause.

Marye, I think it's AWESOME that you are doing this. I'm just starting to get into online food events, and this is the coolest one I've seen yet. It's the first one I've seen that benefits a VERY worthy cause! I am IN!
Super idea! Now I'll have to think of something to make that's pink...
This is going to be a challenge for me--bake something pink and gluten free, not sugar free, but less sugar, accckkkk!!! Let me think about this one...
A wonderful cause Marye!!! This Sunday is the Walk for a Cure in our community. Lance Armstrong raised funds last weekend for cancer research with a bike race, they even have an Underwear Run to raise awareness for cancer "down under".

I am not much of a baker...I cook very well, but am getting into baking recently...will think of something to bake. :)
I'm new to all of this but I'd love to participate because this is such a great cause!
