Easter Candy!
Well this year we were a little long on kids and short on money so I decided to make my own Easter candy. It came out really well, I think, and the kids were delighted.
The chocolate bunnies are just chocolate molds filled with melted milk chocolate...Here is the recipe for the marshmallows. Homemade Peeps. I used 2 Tbs rosewater and 1 tsp vanilla in the water to flavor the marshmallows...and they were very good. I think I over cooked them...but they disappeared pretty fast. AND, as I said..the kids were delighted.
