Cool, Colorful Heirloom Carrots

The last time I was at the local produce store they had carrots in bundles. I really like the carrots with tops because you can see that the carrots are fresh..and my chickens really like carrot tops.
Anyway...the bundles were multicolored in shades of orange, purple, cream, and red. I loved them immediately and was pretty sure that the Princess Kyrie would get a blast out of them too!
All of the kids did because, as an added bonus, the purple carrots turned their mouths purple.
And really, does it get cooler than that?
I don't think so.
